We’ve teamed up with La Vida Homes for a unique collaboration that brings together our home design consultations with a builder we know and trust.

Our goal is to prove two things:

1. Building a home can be fun, easy, and stress-free.
2. You can create a beautiful, practical, and functional home using our favourite tips and tricks—without breaking the bank.

Each year, we’ll handpick a few clients to join us on an exciting building journey, where Jess will hold their hand and walk them through each stage of building so they can navigate around the common pitfalls and get into a home they absolutely love to live in.

Thanks to La Vida Homes, we have a behind-the-scenes pass to be with our clients from start to finish—no typical sales process here. We’ll work together to plan your budget, refine your floor plan, prepare for pre-start, and coordinate those final touches.

The best part:

Typically, our initial consultations are priced upwards of $990+, with follow-up sessions costing $290 per hour. With this premium service, we’ll be with you every step of the way and available whenever you need us. Normally, this would require an upfront payment however, thanks to the generous support of La Vida Homes, there will be no out of pocket expense to you, and in return we will provide them with content that can be used for their social media. It’s a win-win-win!

Here’s the criteria to apply: 

1. It must be a single-story home for first or second-time buyers, or investors.
2. It must be a flat and level block in a developed estate.
3. You need to be willing to showcase your home on social media (of course, we will respect your privacy and will never share your surname or address online). 
4. Be ready to have some fun!!
